Role Description :

Criteria :

• Experience in Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in payroll management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor an HR team.
• Experience in preparing and submitting HR reports, including attrition analysis, employee headcount, and other workforce metrics.
• Proficient in monitoring and managing employee attendance and leave records through payroll software
