• Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• Handling payroll/Statutory compliance of more than 300 employees

• Proficiency in developing HR policies and handling employee relations
• Skills in performance management, training, and development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or technology environment is a plus
