Human Resources Manager

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process at Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL). This includes sourcing profiles from various job portals, screening and shortlisting relevant candidates, conducting interviews, and making HR policies. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the company's HR functions run smoothly and efficiently. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience along with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. You must have a strong background in recruiting and a demonstrated ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential for this role. Attention to detail and good judgment will also be key attributes that you bring to the team.
