Job description

We are looking for HR Manager for our FMCG company to manage the HR related activities with statutory compliances.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

2. Maintain employee records and attendance systems.

3. Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with labour laws.

4. Coordinate performance appraisals, leave management, and employee benefits.

5. Draft HR policies and offer letters.

6. Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and exit formalities.


Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA preferred).

0–5 years of work experience

Working knowledge of HR and labour laws.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
