Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Viluppuram at Letstech. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Experience with HR software and systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
