We cater to both domestic and international markets including the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Japan and New Zealand. We manufacture asafoetida in both lump and powdered forms under unique packing for South India.

Role Description

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and programs, assessing and managing employee performance, maintaining legally compliant HR operations, administering employee benefits, and managing employee relations, managing payroll. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, including labour laws and compliance regulations
• Experience in human resource management, specifically in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience managing HR programs including employee performance, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
