Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities: - Proven track record of expanding teams from the ground up and assisting in company growth. - Lead the full cycle of recruitment for monthly openings. - Engage in discussions with managers regarding employees" career development paths. - Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire. - Ensure HR procedures are in compliance with labor regulations. - Develop compensation and benefits plans. - Review departmental budgets. - Organize learning and development programs. - Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations. - Ensure HR staff addresses employees" requests and grievances promptly.
