Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, conducting employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing HR policies and procedures. Additionally, they will handle employee relations, performance management, and team engagement. The role also involves developing strategies to improve the overall employee experience and implementing initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
