Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance with labor and employment laws, developing employee relations programs, and managing legal risks. The role includes advising on HR best practices, conducting internal investigations, handling disciplinary actions, and providing legal support on employment-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
• Knowledge and expertise in Law, Legal Compliance, and Labor and Employment Law
• Strong understanding of employee relations and internal investigations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management,
• Desirable additional degree/diploma in HR Law, or a related field
