Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process salaries and payroll operations efficiently
• Approve and administer appraisal slabs
• Foster and maintain a positive, cordial work environment among employees
• Plan, implement, and oversee incentive plans and rewards
• Utilize HR tools for record management, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement
• Serve as a strategic partner in employee relations and organizational growth

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in Human Resource management
• Skilled in using HR software and digital HR tools (payroll, performance management, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for building a supportive team culture
• Experience with designing incentive and appraisal structures is a plus
• Salary- 2.4-3.0 LPA negotiable based on skill set
