Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ernakulam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, coordinating training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies. Additional duties include performance management, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR policies
• Experience in coordinating training and development programs
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Skills in performance management and handling employee grievances
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
