Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and post recruitment materials on job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and recruit potential candidates using various databases, social networks, etc., and screen resumes.
• Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Track and update the status of interview processes.
