Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Help us find passionate educators and tech enthusiasts!

• Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped to succeed. Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.

• Plan and execute fun and engaging employee activities and events. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Maintain and update employee records, handle HR documentation, and support day-to-day HR operations.

• Assist in performance reviews and feedback processes. Help our team grow and thrive.

• Keep employees informed about company updates, HR policies, and events through effective communication channels.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Graduation/ MBA in HR or a related field.

• A strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Duration of Full-time work from office Internship- 2-4 months

Stipend: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
