About the Role

Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and dashboards.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and internship conversion letters.
• Participate in employer branding activities, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
• Provide timely follow-ups and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support the HR team in onboarding and documentation for new joiners.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment cycles and HR practices (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Forms, PPT).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  HR.
