Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates from diverse job portals

2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

3. Interview candidates (via phone)

4. Showcase job openings across the company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and within our rad internal network.

5. Languages required English/Hindi.

Requirements and Skills:

1. You'll need your personal laptop, a peaceful space to make calls, and rock-solid interview skills. 2. Make sure your smartphone has a solid internet connection so you can stay connected with us. 3. Show us your passion for the HR domain and your knowledge of the art of Recruitment.
