Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based on-site at our Gurgaon office. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, helping with onboarding and orientation, updating employee records, and supporting the HR team in ensuring smooth daily operations. The intern will also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects and develop valuable skills in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding processes, and basic HR functions
• Understanding of employee engagement and workplace environment management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other standard office tools
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
