About the Internship

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

🔹 Maintain and update HR records and databases

🔹 Support onboarding and induction of new volunteers and interns

🔹 Coordinate with different teams for HR-related activities and documentation

🔹 Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and employee engagement initiatives

🔹 Manage internal communications and contribute to team culture-building activities

🔹 Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in day-to-day HR operations

Who Can Apply

🔸 Students, freshers, or recent graduates from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

🔸 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🔸 Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

🔸 Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

🔸 Familiarity with HR tools (Excel, Google Workspace) is a plus

 🔸 Prior experience in HR activities, recruitment, or NGO work will be an added advantage
