About the Internship

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding interns and volunteers
• Manage intern documentation and database updates
• Coordinate communications between teams and candidates
• Help develop and implement HR policies for smooth operations
• Conduct periodic performance check-ins and feedback collection
• Support team engagement, motivation, and recognition activities
• Contribute to planning virtual meetings, events, and HR campaigns

Who Can Apply

• Students, freshers, or recent graduates in Human Resources, Management, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Comfortable with remote tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and video conferencing platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in team management or recruitment is a plus
