🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing profiles, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee databases on Excel/HR tools.
• Support in creating and posting job listings on various platforms.
• Track application status and follow up with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and next steps.
• Help prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment records.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

💡 Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Strong organizational and data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
