Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including but not limited to: implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, engaging in personnel management tasks, and supporting overall HR management. Daily tasks will involve documentation, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and implementation of HR policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
