Job Description: E-mail Copywriter At BrightRays, every outbound email is an invitation to the beginning of a conversation that will build lasting customer relationships. As a rapidly growing digital marketing company, we are onboarding ‘email copywriters’ who have the creative bone to craft engaging, persuasive emails that drive business results. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the marketing team to identify the target audience, help in developing brand messaging, and create campaigns that convert leads to potential customers. We are expecting applications from candidates with a proven record of copywriting. Your creative writing skills will be tested in the subject lines and body copy of the email, which prompts recipients to act and respond. Understanding of core email marketing practices will be an added advantage. What You’ll Do: Craft catchy and engaging email copy that prompts actions from the client. Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.Collaborate with the marketing team to generate campaigns that work with our marketing practices. Work on the email service provider tools to ensure the successful delivery of emails and land in the inbox. Monitor and analyze the metrics of the campaign and make data-driven decisions. Must-Have Skills: 2-4 yrs revenue-driven email copywriting (startup or agency)Portfolio featuring high-performing subject lines and sequenced campaignsFluent with basic email marketing toolsData-savvy, grammar should be perfect, and deadline-reliableUpdated with the industry and market trends to help the team in future campaigns Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing and Mass Communication will be an added advantage) Minimum 3 years of agency or in-house experience is a must.
