HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to companies and HR managers to establish partnerships for hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for placements.
• Coordinate student profiles, resumes, and interview schedules with recruiters.
• Support the placement team in preparing students for interviews.
• Maintain placement records and reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/Graduate/Postgraduate in HR (or currently pursuing).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and corporate relations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
