Role Overview

Student Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on career paths and suggest the right IT courses
• Communicate effectively to build trust and motivate students
• Follow up with inquiries and ensure successful enrollments
• Maintain records of leads, sessions, and admissions
• Collaborate with the training and placement teams for student support

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in student counseling / academic advising / telecounseling
• Communicate clearly in

  English and Telugu (mandatory)

  to connect with diverse students
• Ability to persuade and guide students confidently
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve enrollment targets
• Empathetic and approachable personality
