Senior Placement & Corporate Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and MNCs.
• Organize and manage

  virtual placement drives, interviews, and hiring events

  .
• Guide students in

  resume preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and job applications

  .
• Conduct

  online mock interviews, aptitude training, and soft skills sessions

  .
• Mentor and motivate students to align with industry expectations.
• Track placement progress and prepare regular digital reports for management.
• Represent the institute in online corporate events and networking sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in

  placements, corporate relations, HR, or recruitment

  (preferably IT sector).
• Strong

  network of HR and recruiter contacts

  in IT/software industry.
• Excellent

  communication, counseling, and negotiation

  skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor students

  virtually

• Tech-savvy, with experience in managing remote placement activities.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Management, HR, or related field
