Role Description

This is a 2 Months based, role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhilai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management duties, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting with personnel management, and supporting overall HR functions. Daily tasks will include data entry, record keeping, coordinating employee training sessions, and assisting with recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
