Role: Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our People Operations team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR processes, compliance, and creating a great workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new talent

Assist in payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records

Ensure HR policies and compliance with statutory regulations

Help resolve employee queries and manage HR documentation

Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance support initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

02 years of experience in HR / administrative support (freshers encouraged)

Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll basics is a plus

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
