Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Agra. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and supporting overall HR management. The role will also involve active participation in recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
