Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Kakori. As an HR Intern, you will assist in day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with HR projects, and contributing to creating a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate with team members and gain hands-on experience in various HR processes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in recruitment processes, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate employee engagement and teamwork.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
