About the Role:

HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
