Immediate Hiring: HR Intern (People Operations @ Hummbud)

What You’ll Do

• Talent Coordination:

  Assist in screening relevant applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

• Onboarding Support:

  Help prepare offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding kits for new hires.

• Documentation & Records:

  Maintain HR databases, trackers, and employee documents (attendance, leave, and contracts).

• Culture & Engagement:

  Support internal communication, team announcements, and virtual engagement activities.

• Performance Tracking:

  Help with weekly productivity reports, feedback forms, and HR dashboards.

• Process Optimization:

  Work on HR automation sheets and assist in refining internal workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable with

  Google Sheets, Docs, and HR documentation

• High sense of accountability and professionalism.
• Eager to learn how HR functions in a

  creative, fast-paced environment
