Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The selected candidate will assist with the implementation of HR policies, manage employee records, coordinate employee benefits, and support personnel management activities. Additionally, the intern will collaborate on developing and maintaining HR management strategies and participate in team projects to enhance organizational culture and practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions, practices, and principles
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office tools and HR software is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willing to join immadiately.
