Role Description This is an paid internship role for a Human Resources Intern (Immediate Joiner). The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as supporting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping with employee engagement activities. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram. Stipend- 8k-15k (fixed will be decided after the interview) Working days- 6 (Monday - Saturday) Qualifications Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Experience in Personnel Management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
