Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role located in West Delhi, with some work from home permitted. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist in various HR tasks, including updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. You will support HR management activities and help ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
