You will work closely with the HR Lead and gain exposure to everything from recruitment and onboarding to policy building and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Offer Letters & Documentation - Draft and issue offer letters for full-time employees, contractual employees, and interns - Prepare performance bonus letters and internship extension documents - Maintain and accurately update employee records and databases - Recruitment & Onboarding Support - Assist the HR Lead in reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates - Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates - Coordinate onboarding activities including welcome emails and orientation sessions - Gather laptop and IT resource requirements for new joiners - HR Policies & Process Building - Support in drafting, updating, and reviewing internal HR policies - Assist in documenting processes for performance reviews, leave policies, workplace conduct, etc. - Research HR best practices to inform policy development - Learning & Development Monitoring - Track and monitor L&D requests from team members - Follow up on status, completion, and feedback for learning programs - Ensure timely documentation and closure of L&D-related activities - HR Operations & Support Activities - Collaborate with the HR Lead on day-to-day HR functions - Help plan and organize internal events, team bonding activities, and engagement initiatives - Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback - Ensure attention to detail in compliance and documentation processes What Youll Learn: - Real-time HR operations in a fast-growing startup environment - End-to-end exposure to recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee engagement - The importance of detail and structure in HR processes - How HR supports and shapes a strong organizational culture Who You Are: - A student or recent graduate interested in HR - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable - A team player who can work independently and take initiative - Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to grow in the HR space Other Internship Details: - Duration - 6 months - Stipend - 12,000 per month - Internship Certificate - Provided,
