Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus Show more Show less
