Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR tasks, including supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks will be diverse and may include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting general administrative HR duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience or understanding of HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Skills in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
