Job Summary:

Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage resources in

  Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, Application Gateway, and Azure Front Door

• Maintain

  network security

  , implement

  VNet and private endpoints

  , and manage NSGs, firewalls, and access controls
• Set up and maintain

  high availability, backup, and disaster recovery

  strategies
• Monitor usage, performance, and cost — optimize resources for

  scalability and cost-efficiency

• Manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  with

  Azure DevOps

  , including release automation
• Ensure

  compliance

  with HIPAA, ONC, and other security and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across

  Prod, Staging, and Dev

  environments
• Implement and monitor

  security best practices

  , including

  RBAC

  ,

  identity management

  , and

  key vault

  usage
• Manage infrastructure as code using

  ARM templates / Bicep / Terraform (optional)

Skills Required:

• 1+ years of experience managing

  Microsoft Azure environments

• Strong knowledge of:
• Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, Application Gateway
• Azure VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, Front Door, Key Vault
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center
• Backup & disaster recovery in Azure
• Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  (pipelines, releases, repos)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI)
• Familiarity with

  compliance and data protection

  (HIPAA preferred)
• Experience with

  diagnosing and resolving live production issues

• Strong documentation and communication skills
  

Additional Skills:

• Experience with

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  – Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Basic knowledge of containerization (AKS / Docker)
• Familiarity with

  Power BI

  Azure AI Vision

• Experience supporting

  multi-subscription / multi-tenant environments
