About the Role:

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and timesheet coordination.
  • Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or recently completed).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
