Role Description

This is a virtual Human Resources Intern role. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management virtually. Daily tasks will involve supporting HR functions and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Creating evaluation reports for employees
  

• Designing campus and employee engagement programs
• Working on corporate policy handbook• Screening resumes and sourcing new talent• Designing job descriptions for new roles in the organizationDuration:- 1 Month/2 Months/3 Months.Stipend:- ₹5,000 per month (Monday - Friday)Perks:- Certificate of Completion, Letter of Recommendation for the best performers, Best performance certificates as per different activities during the program.
