Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The intern will also support HR management functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Fresh MBA HR - Graduated in 2025
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Good Communication Skill, Fluent in English
• Soft Spoken, Understanding, Listening Skills
• MS Excel is MUST
