HR InternStipend: ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 (based on interview performance)Duration: 3 to 6 months (can be converted to full-time based on performance)Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social media platformsSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidatesMaintain candidate records and recruitment reportsSupport HR activities including documentation and onboardingWork closely with the recruitment team for day-to-day hiring needsRequirements:MBA/BBA students or freshers looking to start their career in HRExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and Google SheetsSelf-motivated and eager to learn2. HR RecruiterSalary: ₹15,000 per monthExperience: 1 Year (Recruitment or HR background preferred)Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positionsSource candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platformsConduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidatesCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesMaintain daily reports and hiring trackersEnsure smooth onboarding of selected candidatesRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR RecruitmentStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work independently and meet hiring targetsFamiliarity with recruitment tools and databases
