Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern located on-site in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks will include supporting HR activities, updating HR documentation, and participating in recruitment processes.

• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
