· Understanding client preferences and provide customized travel solutions, including flights.
· Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from prospective travelers.
· Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.
· Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and insurance, as required.
· Proficient in using GDS and CRM.
· Handle post-booking support, addressing changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
· Weekly & Monthly Incentives based on targets.
· Medical Coverage - 4 lacs per annum.
· Accident Coverage - 5 lacs per annum.
· Comprehensive Training Programs.
