Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Delhi. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR policies and employee records. Responsibilities will also include assisting with employee benefits administration, personnel management, and providing support for other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) including HR Policies
• Experience in HR Management and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
