Description Key Responsibilities Lead the functional design and implementation of new HR technology solutions aligned with business needs. Manage system configuration, testing, documentation, and change control processes. Ensure seamless integration with other systems and compliance with global standards and legislative requirements. Oversee the evaluation and implementation of system changes, patches, enhancements, and upgrades. Maintain system functionality, access, and security. Resolve complex user issues and ensure high-quality support. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and user training materials. Monitor system performance metrics to ensure operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications in HRIS or project management are a plus.
