Human Resources (HR) Internship

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR intern to provide support for our dynamic human resources operations remotely. As an HR intern at Quincare, your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts by creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic screenings, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting with onboarding processes. You will be responsible for preparing and collecting onboarding documents, facilitating new hire orientation, and induction. Additionally, you will play a key role in HR operations and administration by maintaining and updating employee records and databases, assisting with HR documentation and compliance procedures, organizing HR events, workshops, and team-building activities, as well as helping with the distribution and clarification of company policies. Furthermore, you will support performance and engagement initiatives by assisting in the performance review process, compiling HR metrics and reports such as turnover and engagement, and participating in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction. In your role as a general HR support, you will be expected to respond to basic HR-related employee queries, support legal and compliance paperwork, and observe and learn HR best practices and conflict management.
