Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore

As an HR intern at Sid's Farm, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of human resources. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in MS-Office, recruitment, and possesses excellent spoken and written English skills. Your main responsibility will be screening resumes to identify potential candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our HR database.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
