Job Description

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Posting job openings on various recruitment portals
Reviewing resumes and conducting candidate interviews
Assisting with salary negotiation and offer finalization
Working under the direct supervision of the manager
Planning and executing employee events and company parties
Handling administrative tasks across the company
Coordinating hiring and providing daily updates for new locations under the expansion program
Providing administrative assistance to the Director
Cold-calling potential clients and appointment scheduling for the sales manager
Managing client meeting logistics and participation
Attending domestic and international conferences, seminars, trade shows, and events with the team
Monitoring team expansion and performance across cities and locations
Coordinating and overseeing office reels shoots
Representing Osumare at events and greeting visiting clients to the office
