Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our HR team with recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai and offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates
• Support onboarding and exit formalities, including pre-joining processes
• Maintain HR documentation, trackers, and databases
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Support performance tracking and feedback cycles
• Help with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks
