Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help in preparing HR documents (Appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and compliance
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Maintain trackers for attendance, leaves, and other HR reports
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations tasks
